We may collect two types of data from regarding our Users: “Non-Personal Data”, means non-identifiable and anonymous information. We are not aware of the identity of the User from whom we have collected the data. This data may include technical data transmitted by the user’s device and aggregated use of the Site by the general public. The Non-Personal Data we may collect regarding your use of the Site and the Services, may include your aggregated usage information, technical information from your device, including certain software and hardware information about your device (e.g. the type of your device, the type of browser you use and the operating system, the language preference of your device, the website domain name from which you linked to the Site, etc.).

The Personal Data Sherlock Tech collect and process and the purposes of the processing:
i. When you choose to provide us with information (for instance, if you communicate with us

our legitimate interest or your consent.
ii. When you voluntarily contact us you may be required to provide us with certain information
such as your name and email address. We will use such information only in order to respond
to your question or request, provide you with support or provide you with any other service
you have requested. We process the Personal Data under our legitimate interest.
iii. We may collect your device information such as IP address, unique identifiers, or other
information regarding your activity through the Site. We use such information for internal
statistical and analytical purposes, in order to protect, operate, provide, maintain, customize

For avoidance of doubt, any Non-Personal Data connected or linked to any Personal Data shall be

iii. The Right to Erasure: Depending on your jurisdiction, if you (or any person) wish to delete or
modify the Personal Data Sherlock Tech processes, Sherlock Tech is legally obligated to comply
with your request if: (a) the data is no longer needed for the original purpose it was collected
and no new lawful purpose exists for its continued processing; (b) the lawful basis for processing
is your consent, and you chose to withdraw your consent; (c) you have exercised your right to
object to the Company’s processing of your Personal Data, and the Company has no other legal
basis for the processing; (d) the Personal Data is processed in unlawful manner, or (e) the
deletion of the Personal Data is necessary to comply with applicable laws. If Sherlock Tech has
passed on Personal Data to a third party, a data subject also has a right to oblige the Company
to
tell those third parties that the information should be erased. Please note that the right
to
erasure is not absolute, and even if a data subject falls into one of the above categories, the
Company has the right to reject the request and continue processing the Personal Data, all in
accordance with applicable law, if such processing is: necessary to comply with legal obligations,
necessary to establish, exercise or defend against any standing or future legal claims; it is
necessary for analytic purpose, etc.; necessary to perform our contract with the data subject;
necessary to detect fraud, security incidents, or illegal activity, or prosecute those responsible
for that activity; necessary to correct errors, debug, identify and correct errors; done solely for
internal uses of the Company that are reasonably aligned with your expectations based on this
Policy and the relationship between us.
iv. The Right to Object: You may have the right to object to the processing of your Personal Data, if
the legal basis for the processing is our legitimate interests. However, even if we receive your
objection, we will be allowed to continue processing the Personal Data if (subject to applicable
laws and regulations) our legitimate interests override your rights, or when the processing is
necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim, etc.
v. Data Portability: You may have the right to "port" your Personal Data to a
third-party;
vi. The Right to Restrict Processing: You may have the right to limit the process of your Personal
Data by the Company. in this event, the Company’s processing activities may be restricted if: the
accuracy of the data is unsure; the processing of the Personal Data was made under unlawful
basis and you requests restriction instead of erasure; the data is no longer needed for its original
purpose, but the data is still required to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
vii. The Right to Rectification: You may have the right to require to amend and update your
incorrect Personal Data; and
viii. The Right to File a Complaint: You may also be entitled to file a complaint with an
appropriate supervisory authority in your jurisdiction, with regards to your privacy.

This process may take us some time, all in accordance with applicable law requirement. You have the right to contact your local data protection authority, at any time. If we will need additional time for processing your request, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. Further, in the event we cannot comply with your request, we will explain the reasons for it. We will not charge you a fee to process or respond to your request except in the event your request is repetitive, excessive, or manifestly unfounded. If we will decide
that your request warrants a fee, we will inform you why we made such decision and provide an estimate before we will charge you.
Sherlock Tech may retain the collected Personal Data for as long as it require or necessary for the purposes set forth above, all in accordance with applicable laws, or until an individual request to opt-out from processing. Sherlock Tech may at its sole discretion, delete, change, updates or amend information from its systems, without providing you previous notice, once Sherlock Tech believes it is no longer needed for such purposes.
